Have you tried loads of different things to get rid of you pain but your pain still persists, I may be able to help!

Many think the their body is different to their mind. They are in some aspects but in reality everything we have within our body are connected in some way. From my experience with working with clients, I’ve discovered that much of their pain is maintained by what they think, I change their thinking and their pain reduces or disappears completely.

Other things also can happen, the fear of getting lost whilst driving can disappear in an instant. Sarah can explain from her point of view.

I work either online or in person, where I quickly get to the nub of your problem then challenge you in someway, the challenge is different for each client. I may talk and ask questions, or connect with you energetically or get you to move, it all depends on what is needed.

What I do love is working with anyone, you all bring something different to the sessions, the list is various and huge. You are all unique and will receive a unique approach to what you bring to me.

I use my skills as an Alexander Technique Teacher and Energy Alignment Method Mentor, My work will lead you to be balanced physically and energetically however there maybe some therepatic work where I will show you the art of the possible, the real work is what you need to do. This is what I’ll teach you in some very simple though profound steps.

Remember you need to do the work on yourself, it may be tough mentally at first, you will be learning a new way to think, thinking more consciously especially letting go of the habits that don’t help you. Learning how to be present in activities so you can move with grace and ease. Have confidence when walking or any activity you wish to do, that’s without the aches and pains you currently have.

One to Ones

The one to one sessions normally run for around 90 minutes and I’d estimate you will need around 7 to 10 sessions, it all depends on how much you want to explore and release to become the person you really want to be.

The workshops are over five weeks and the expectation is that you repeat the five week cycle several times to get a deeper understanding of the five topics I present.

Each week we delve into these topics by myself leading the topic with discussions and activities to help you notice and become more present. there are plenty of ah ha moments. I also take the opportunity to work individually for a few minutes with everyone in the workshops, the other have the opportunity to observe what is happening and see any changes happen to the person I’m working with.
